I offer standardised products at a fixed price. For non-standard products, the cost depends on the time required.
Charges for non-standard cases
I can work efficiently and cost-effectively because my firm is small. Remuneration usually depends on the time spent on a case. At the start of your mandate, I set up a remuneration agreement with you. The rates are usually between CHF 300 and CHF 400 per hour, plus a flat-rate expense allowance and VAT. The fees can be higher or lower depending on the complexity and difficulty of the case. Without agreement, the cantonal fee regulation applies to cases that go to court.
I normally request payment in advance. You have the right to request detailed information about my expenses at any time.
If you have legal protection insurance, you only need to contact your insurance company and request a cover note and authorisation to choose your own lawyer.

- An employee’s reference check-over CHF 75.–
- An employee’s employment contract check-over CHF 150.– (non managerial)
- Non-binding initial consultation for private parties
- 1 h with preliminary examination of documents (max. 10 pages) CHF 250.–
